About the author

Mark Rivard
Mark R. Rivard is a former PGA Golf Professional with a long-standing passion for golf and a diverse career. He began playing golf at the age of eight in his small hometown in North Central Michigan, where his love for the sport grew. As a teenager, he played competitively, continuing his involvement with golf through college and during his service in the US Army from 1969 to 1971. In 1974, Mark became a PGA Golf Professional and spent the next 30 years teaching nearly 30,000 golf lessons to players of all skill levels.

I was surprised to find that this book had not become much more popular, as it's a compelling thriller that left me on the edge of my seat. The characters are deeply described so that we become involved in their lives, pulling for the safety of potential victims, cheering for the success of the detectives, and hoping for the capture of the killer.
